If you need to return an item, please first email us for a returns code, then send your item (in saleable condition, all tags must be intact) with your returns code, your name and address clearly written, to:

We are happy to offer you a full 7 day no quibble refund in the unlikely event you are not happy with your goods. If you are returning an item for a different size please state clearly what size you wish to have in exchange. Should that size not be available we will offer a full refund less postage.
We will refund your card or cheque less our postage costs. Please note when returning your items it is advisable to obtain a proof of posting and recorded delivery as refunds can only be given once items are received. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed, but we do try to process as quickly as possible. The customer is responsible for the postage costs for returning an item. Please make sure you include your name and address! Refunds for goods purchased as a special offer, will be to the value of the offer.
In agreeing with these Terms and Conditions you are agreeing to our Returns Policy.
Returning from outside the UK
Please note if returning an item from outside the UK PLEASE MARK YOUR PARCEL "RETURNS" otherwise your parcel will be sent through customs in the UK and we will be asked to pick up the customs charge. This we will do, but the amount will be debited from your refund we are very sorry.
We are not responsible for any charges incurred by customs once your parcel has left our premises.
