All our prices are in UK pounds sterling. Our delivery charges for mail order are £3.95 per order for anywhere in the UK. Every step is taken to ensure delivery charges are kept to a minimum. We cannot be held responsible for any parcel held up by customs although we endeavour to make sure this does not happen. International orders may incur a customs fee. You are responsible for paying the customs and import duties. We cannot determine in advance what these charges will be. Please contact your local customs office to determine the customs costs. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges and procedures in your country prior to placing your order. Note: If charges are levied in your country and you refuse to pay them, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. These costs will be subtracted from your merchandise refund and your credit card will be charged accordingly. If you do not have a reply to your email it means either we didn't receive it or we have been unable to reply to you because the emails keep coming back, this happens every so often, it is always worth putting your telephone number on an important email.
Lost parcels: We must be informed of parcels not arriving as soon as possible, for UK it must be within 14 working days. For international destinations we must be informed within 30 working days, failure to do this can affect our ability to trace the parcel and issue any refund due.
